While the precise moment of ascension is lost to the mists of time, his divinity over the chaotic universes of Paranoia (Second and Fifth Editions) has been absolute since circa 1995. Furthermore, he has held the neon-soaked throne of Cyberpunk 2020 since the Third Day of September, 1997.

Through his infinite wisdom, The Tim took the primordial Ghostbusters proto-D6 system and forged it anew, modernizing the ancient mechanics into a vessel worthy of D6 Adventure/Space.
